My care is grounded and flexible, evolving alongside your needs and guided by evidence-based research. Rooted in the meaning of wuluku, which translates to “mine”, this work is about helping you feel at home in your body, confident in your choices, and supported with compassionate guidance. All offerings are inclusive and designed to feel nourishing, empowering, and uniquely your own.

BIRTH & 4TH TRIMESTER (POSTPARTUM) SERVICES
Birth Doula Service
Complimentary consultation (30 minutes).
Up to 3 prenatal visits (2 hours).
Unlimited support during pregnancy (phone, text, email).
Continuous labour and birth support (for the entire duration of labour, regardless of length).
24/7 on-call support from 38-42 weeks.
1 postnatal visit or check-in (physical recovery, emotional processing, newborn care guidelines/assistance) (1-2 hours).
Birth summary and reflection notes.

4th Trimester/Postpartum Services
4 days and 2 nights of postpartum doula care (32 hours total).
Daytime shifts are 4 hours; overnight shifts are 8 hours.
4th trimester/postpartum services can include, but not limited to:
Emotional support and validation during the early weeks.
Guidance with sibling adjustments, newborn care, and fostering parent-baby bonding.
Meal preparation and light household tidying to support rest and recovery.
Assistance with establishing routines for sleep, feeding, and self-care.
Connection to trusted sources and community supports.
Gentle support for any furry friends!
1 additional check-in after services are complete to reflect on the 4th trimester/postpartum journey and celebrate milestones.

MEADOW & MOON: HOURLY SERVICES
If you aren’t looking to commit to one of our packages or are seeking additional hours of postpartum/4th trimester care, then this is the service for you!
Please view Meadow & Moon Package for description of duties. If there are specific tasks you’d like done, but aren’t listed, let’s chat about them. :)
Daytime shifts are 4 hours; overnight shifts are 8 hours.
Rates will vary depending on how many days and/or nights purchased. The more ordered at one time, the more you save!

SETTLED SPACE — DAY OF SUPPORT
Provides calm, grounded guidance throughout your labour, perfectly designed for experienced birthers who know the journey, but want a little extra support.
Whether it’s emotional reassurance, hands-on comfort measures, or simply having a steady presence by your side, this service helps you feel supported, centred, and empowered as your birth unfolds.

4th TRIMESTER CUSTOM SERVICES
Because every family’s needs are different, I offer flexible options beyond my set Meadow and Moonlight series.
Reach out to discuss what would best support you, whether that’s an extra pair of hands during transitions, a blend of day and night shifts, or something entirely your own.
